Two generations on the same crew
Hector Garcia started this company framing additions out of the back of a single Ford F-250. Forty years later his son Marco runs the day-to-day, his daughter Elena handles design, and most of the crew has been with us for ten years or more. We don't subcontract the things that matter. We build like the people moving in are family — because half the time, they are.

Section 02
Six categories. One crew. We don't subcontract the parts that matter, and we won't take a job we can't do right. If it's not on this list, ask anyway — chances are we've done one.

Section 04 · How we work
We've been doing this long enough to know what trips up homeowners and what trips up builders. Our process is built to keep both sides out of trouble.
Step 01
01
We come out, walk the site, and listen. You get a written estimate within ten business days. No high-pressure deck of slides — just numbers and a scope you can read.
Step 02
02
Elena works with you on plans, finishes, and material selection. We bring samples to your kitchen table. We say no to ideas we can't stand behind.
Step 03
03
Our crew starts on a date we promise and shows up every day until it's done. Weekly photo updates. One project lead, one phone number — Marco's.
Step 04
04
We hand you the keys with a binder: warranties, manuals, paint codes, every subcontractor's number. One year of callback service is built in.
Section 05 · The crew
These four are on every project from estimate to walkthrough. The rest of our 18-person crew has been with us an average of 11 years. You'll know them by name before we're done.
28 YRS ON CREW
Owner / Lead Builder
Started as cleanup at fourteen. Took over the company from his dad in 2014. Holds Wyoming GC and Colorado GC-A licenses. Runs every job himself.
16 YRS ON CREW
Design + Project Manager
Architecture degree from UW. Handles all design, permitting, and material selection. Speaks fluent client and fluent inspector.
19 YRS ON CREW
Site Foreman
Runs the site. Travis is the reason we hit our timelines. Used to frame in Montana before settling in Cheyenne with his family in 2006.
22 YRS ON CREW
Master Carpenter
Custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, anything you can't buy off a shelf. Dave's shop is in our back lot. He's why our trim doesn't move.
Section 06 · What clients say
"Marco told us eleven months. He handed us the keys in eleven months and three days, and the only reason for the three was a snowstorm. Every Friday we got photos. Every problem he flagged before we asked. The house is exactly what we asked for and a little better."
Karen & Bob McAllister
Custom Home, Pine Bluffs
"We've remodeled three houses in our life and Garcia is the only crew that finished on the day they said. Dave's cabinetry alone made the whole thing worth it — every drawer feels like a piece of furniture."
Janelle R.
Kitchen Renovation, Cheyenne
"First-time business owner trying to get a roaster open before winter. Elena handled the city paperwork we didn't even know we needed, and Marco's crew worked around our equipment delays without nickel-and-diming us. We opened on schedule."
Heritage Coffee Co.
Commercial TI, Capitol Ave
Section 07 · FAQ
Estimates are free for projects in our service area. We come out, walk the site, listen to what you want, and email you a written estimate within ten business days. No deck of slides, no contractor-speak — a real number and a real scope.
Kitchens run 8–12 weeks. Additions run 4–9 months. Custom homes run 10–14 months from groundbreak. We give you a written schedule before contract and update it weekly. We hit our dates because we don't overbook the crew.
Yes — every permit, every inspection. Elena runs our permit office and has working relationships with Cheyenne, Laramie County, Fort Collins, and Larimer County. You don't talk to the city unless you want to.
In writing, signed by both sides, before the work happens. We don't surprise you at the end with a number you didn't agree to. If something is going to cost more, you hear about it the day we know.
One full year of callback service on every job, included. Major systems (roof, structural, mechanical) carry manufacturer warranties of 10–50 years and we file the paperwork for you. We've also been around long enough to honor work from the 90s.
We don't carry financing in-house, but we partner with two local banks that specialize in construction loans and renovation financing. We can introduce you the same week you sign with us.
